Quantum Compass Methods
I use a 3 phased approach:

This is a 12 week program.
Weekly 1:1 sessions and materials are included.
Quantum Compass Foundations is a 6 week program that covers the essentials from the Quantum Compass Method program.
Decision Framework
Quantum Compass Method and Quantum Compass Foundations both include decision frameworks you can use for the remainder of your career.
Documented Strategy
You will graduate from the program with your custom career strategy that you can evolve over time as the environment changes.

Schedule a Assessment Call
Prior to entering the Career Strategy Program, you will need to complete a 30 minute assessment call to validate fit for the program.
Onboarding Process
After enrolling in the program, you will go through an onboarding process to prepare you to get the most out of your experience.
Individual Sessions
Options are available to schedule bespoke coaching sessions outside of the Quantum Compass family if you need that career coaching support.
